Eligibility

Proposers must be licensed by the State of Oklahoma to provide professional assessment for employees of OMAG and their immediate families, and employees of OMAG member cities and their immediate families, regardless of where they reside, for emotional, behavioral, financial, legal, and/or substance/drug/alcohol-based problems, including referral when extended treatment is required.

  9. Promotional Materials (including link on OMAG website), educational information, and articles for publication
  10. Trauma Team Services
Evaluation criteria highlights
  • Quality, clarity, and responsiveness of the proposal (per submission requirements)
  • Administrative, professional, and technical capability to provide requested services
  • Program office location(s)
  • Qualifications and experience of program staff
  • Range of issues supported (family concerns, substance, housing, relocation, emotional, financial, legal, etc.)
  • Services offered and referral support (including follow‑up and reports on mandatory referrals)
  • Program availability (24/7 preferred)
  • Confidential nature of the program
  • Training/education available
  • Usefulness and on‑time submission of statistical reports
  • Proposed fee schedule
  • Performance guarantees for implementation and ongoing delivery
